We were given a comprehensive overview of their sales strategy and constantly keep up to date during the offer period. An offer and acceptance was negotiated in around three weeks at a price we were happy with. We were kept informed of progress between acceptance and settlement which was important as this was delayed by three weeks due to lack of professionalism on behalf of a third party over which we had no control.
