I found Tracy very personable. Tracy followed up my queries promptly and kept me informed of the progress of the sale. I had hoped to hear from Tracy before now as a follow-up as to how everything is going and perhaps a celebratory bottle of wine which I have received in the past. I was not very impressed with the Settlement Agency and would not use them in the future. All in all, Tracy was very nice to deal with.
