Tracy has been my real estate agent for the last 8 years. During this time we have worked together to both buy and sell many properties, ranging in size and value. It seems like Tracy is always "at work" as she answers my queries at every time of day and evening. She is certainly committed to her client and I could not imagine the whole process being as easy with anyone else. Tracy knows the market in respect to what is selling and what is not and also what is value for money. She also understands the vendors' needs to sell and is a great negotiator. An added bonus for me is that Tracy also has a good handle on the best places to buy for different reasons. In a nutshell, I could not recommend Tracy enough as a trustworthy, honest and reliable real estate agent. A real diamond.
