After many months of searching, we finally found the house of our dreams marketed by this lovely woman. Not only was she knowledgeable about a range of pertinent matters, Tracy assisted us by providing access for building inspections and visits from tradespeople from whom we needed opinions before deciding whether or not to buy. Nothing was too much trouble for her in facilitating us in our deliberations. She maintained regular contact with us but at no time did she pressure us, and we were never left feeling that we were being manipulated.
