Travis has to date sold three of my properties and he did not disappoint! He kept me informed at all times and delivered on what he promised from day one. In most cases the sold price exceeded the range initially advised which was already very reasonable to begin with and not underestimated IMO. At no point in time did I feel like I was being pressured or mislead into something I did not feel comfortable with which was great given that I’ve experienced this type of pressure in the past with other agents. He simply gave his advice and recommendation, then allowed me to make my own decisions based on the information provided. I feel that Travis went above and beyond what is expected from an agent in terms of service and in an attempt to get the best possible price for my properties which is yet another reason why I will continue to use him in the future!

Travis handled the campaign extremely professionally and his market knowledge was very reassuring. Never had to chase him up with questions as he always communicated and made me feel as though my property was his priority. I was first told my home was sitting in the mid $400k range and I would have been extremely happy with that price. Travis told me that the original record for Baxter was $516k and he wanted to beat that for me and he followed through with his word and got me $100k above what I dreamed of! Wothough hesitation I would recommend Travis to anyone selling in any area!
