Travis and his team sold my property for the amount I wanted, after only two open inspections. Throughout the process Travis, Craig and Sheridan were accessible, friendly and very professional. They really engender confidence that they know what they're doing. I was very impressed with the way in which Travis handled the open inspections (I loved the little treat bags he supplied to children who came along with their parents), his negotiation skills and the respectful way in which he kept me informed and liaised with me about everything. Travis understood how important selling the house was to me, and always kept that forefront in his attitude and actions. As an older woman, I especially appreciated being treated well, especially in a situation like selling a house, which can be challenging.
