The sale of my investment property could have been difficult because it was tenanted and I live interstate. Travis managed everything for me over the phone and by email. He did everything he said he would e.g. Personally doing the opens, contacting me on a said day, communicating with the current tenants etc and he never promised anything that he didn't believe would happen.
