Was my first time selling a property, but from the moment of my first meeting with Travis I was put completely at ease with his professional approach. He already had a booklet his team had researched and prepared including details of my property, comparative properties around the area and what they sold for. Explained in a manner a layman like myself could understand all the costs involved, what his preferred plan would be and answered any queries I had promptly. Staging, photography and advertising were quickly arranged and was professionally handled. End result was 4 offers after the first (and only!) open, and a contract signed within a week of that open that I was very satisfied with!
