Either we were already like-minded or Trent has an intuition for what I wanted from him as a buyer. He was forthcoming, personable, knowledgeable and understood when I needed a bit of space and time.

We had a very negative experience prior to Trent trying to sell our apartment in Sth Melbourne so were very hesitant with any real estate agents "promos and assurances". Well what can I say - Trent was brilliant and restored our faith in sales agents and the sales process. Very upfront, whether negative or positive information to convey, he is brilliant and keeping the client informed, and never once did we have to follow him up for updates. He achieved a good result in the current climate of overstocked units, and did very well.
