Worked efficiently building interest in property and sold before Auction

For years I had been toing and froing about selling my house, during this time Trent was always available for consultation and advice. When I finally made the decision to actually sell the house, after the work Trent had done over so many years I felt I owed it to him to have him sell the house. He made predictions that frankly sounded a bit unreal to me but in the end he delivered a result way beyond my expectations. Couldn't be happier or more pleasantly surprised and glad I followed my instinct and went with Trent.

This land sell fell back a couple of times. but with Trent's persistent and campaigning, a unconditional offer secured. Very pleasant to work with. communicate and update me when necessary. Guide through and give expert advice. Glad chosen him between another agent at start.

Very disappointing from start to the very end - poor communication where I was always chasing - only got the listing as my sibling was sucked in by being told a high price - whilst auction result was excellent (was due to high demand regardless over Covid time). To add insult to the whole process the 'bubbles given on auction day was a $13 bottle for a $1.4 mil sale and over $37k commission! Then on settlement, not an email even let alone a phone call. There is a lot more I could mention but just so over it. Would never recommend Trent or his agency.
