Trent had a great knowledge of the properties that he hosted. Always happy to answer any questions and even give answers to some questions you didn't know you had. He made the process of obtaining our first home a very stress free process which we valued a lot after having previous upsets with other agencies. I would highly recommend Trent to anyone looking at buying.
Trent was absolutely amazing! After weeks of empty promises, excuse after excuse, and not a single written offer with a competing agent, on top of thousands of wasted dollars in advertising (not to mention a barrage of inappropriate texts at all hours!?) I called Trent in desperation, as I had seen him sell multiple similar homes, in contrast to mine which sat languishing on the market, while I was pressured to drop the price. From the moment I spoke with Trent, he put me at ease and I was kicking myself for not listing with him in the first place. I switched to him as soon as possible, and he was able to work his magic and sell the property stress-free and off-market within days, for tens of thousands more than the other agent told me he had interest at. I can't recommend Trent enough, he is a true professional, and an all round great guy.
