I recently sold my investment unit in Newport but actually live in Newcastle which I thought would be an issue. I only have great things to say about Trent and the service he provided us. Nothing was too much of an effort and he went above and beyond in terms of being there for trades people so that we didn't have to come down and be there ourselves. The regular communication letting me know where everything was up to on a daily basis meant I didn't even have to think about the sale.
