As we were looking around to assess the market in the early stages of our real estate journey, we went to a lot of houses and met alot of agents. Starting with helping mum prepare her house for sale by giving her time, information and encouragement to get ready to sell. They attended the auction and did the bidding for our new house and helped with the post auction negotiations, which was amazing. Trent, What was overlooked by my solicitor of you was a settlement summary on what was your account and that of my solicitor. Still waiting on this I'm sure its still coming, Once received and checked with Quotation, I can then settle my Fathers estate.
