Before deciding on an agent to use for the sale of our home, we invited 3 agents, including Trent from Gittoes, to offer us an appraisal on our property. He demonstrated all of the above, away ahead of the other agents, and this was proven in the speedy sale and the excellent offer we accepted on our home. I have already expressed to friends, how impressed I was with the result he obtained for us. Many Thanks, Joan & Eric Ponton

We used Trent for the sale of our investment property and were highly impressed with his professionalism, communication and attention to detail. We had purchased a different property via Trent the year before and had spoken to him regarding the possible sale of our investment property. We were in no hurry to sell but would be interested if the right offer came along. Over the next 12 months he kept us informed of market movements and was never too pushy to sell the property quickly. When an enticing offer came along, Trent made the sale process quick and painless. I'd have no hesitation using his services again.

Extremely happy with Trent's effort with the sale of my unit. Second to none on the professionalism and communication shown by Trent. Would use Gittoes real estate again on the experience we had with Trent. A bloody good bloke.

My experience with purchasing property listed with Gittoes at East Gosford was good. Trent Mullen was particularly helpful during the process. I found Trent to be understanding, positive with good communication skills and a professional manner.

Trent did an absolutely amazing job selling our family home. The house did not even end up going onto the market. His market knowledge, communication skills, credibility and negotiation skills were fantastic. He is one in a million - honest, trustworthy and very professional. We would recommend Trent and Gittoes Real Estate to anyone trying to buy, sell or rent a property on the Central Coast. Thank you so much Trent and the Gittoes team for all your hard work.

I would recommend him cause he is professional and got me the dreaming house.

We strongly recommend Trent Mullen as your agent. He's very honest, always keep us well informed and try his best , came up with great result. Very happy

I have never bought a home before and found the process of looking very frustrating as was dealing with some of the agents with results often being disappointing. I met Trent in the initial phases of purchasing the property that I was very fortune enough to be able to secure. I found Trent to be very fair and balanced in his advice and at no time did I feel pressured to make a rushed decision. Trent was accepting of how far I could financial negotiate and was professional at all times. Trent I found to be approachable, friendly and had high communication skills. Many Thanks. Cherriene Turnbull
