We found this property on the web and a call to Trent to arrange an inspection was attended to promptly and arranged for the next day, a Friday. There was an open house the next day but we had a wedding hence we were keen to view it early. Anyway to cut a long story short we made an offer on the Monday which Trent attended to quickly.
