We have used Gittoes Real Estate in the past and always found them to be a cut above the rest. When we decided to place our last property on the market late, it was mid week. We thought the property should go on the Net immediately and have an open house that very next weekend. Trent and his sales partner explained their strategy of waiting till just before the weekend to advertise and to hold off the first open house until the following weekend, to peak as much interim interest as possible. Well, didn't that paid its dividends.....In February, 2016 (when everyone else was telling us the market had softened), we had 36 lookers recorded at the first Saturday open house. The street was packed with cars. The house sold on the very next Monday night for a substantial amount more than we had budgeted for. Just excellent! Thank you.

Trent sold us a property recently. From first meeting Trent, he was professional and kept us well informed right way through the process of purchasing the property.
