We have used Gittoes Real Estate in the past and always found them to be a cut above the rest. When we decided to place our last property on the market late, it was mid week. We thought the property should go on the Net immediately and have an open house that very next weekend. Trent and his sales partner explained their strategy of waiting till just before the weekend to advertise and to hold off the first open house until the following weekend, to peak as much interim interest as possible.
