Trent has a relaxed, no pressure approach which is to say the least, refreshing. We had a thought of retiring to Merimbula. I had looked online and decided to attend a few exhibitions to get a real feel of the market. Trent was exhibiting a property that pulled at those emotional strings but I hadn't even listed my property! This purchase was not by any means smooth sailing, and at a critical point it looked like it was going to fall over. However, due to Trent's tenacity he was able to negotiate with all parties and salvage the deal. Given it is an interstate move for us, there have been many times where Trent has offered and gone above and beyond what the average agent would deliver. We are almost at the point of moving to Merimbula and our gorgeous new home, in a large part, thanks to Trent.
