Conducted an open house soon after agency agreement signed and located a buyer on the first day who offered very close to our required price. Following brief negotiations outside office hours, Trent locked in the buyer at a price we were very pleased with, less than 1% under what was advertised. Contracts and sale agreement quickly in the hands of my solicitor, with settlement negotiated to suit our circumstances. Overall, excellent service from start to finish. Would highly recommend.
