When I finally came to the realisation that my big 5 bedroom house of 24 years that beautifully nurtured by 4 children and 10 grandchildren had outgrown me and it was time to downsize I was pretty anxious about the selling experience. Following reviews and sessions with a couple of local real estates I decided that Jim Aitkens as the real estate and Trent as the agent were the right ones for me. Trent was fantastic to deal with, he was honest with his feedback, gave me all the information I needed to make decisions about the price and strategy to take and held my hand throughout the process. When we finally got the house ready to go on the market I was blown away that it sold in less than a week and for a price that I was very happy with.
