Trent was an absolute pleasure to deal with, his knowledge of the market was second to none, he sold my house for a price that I did not think was possible, he sold it for more than $100,000 what I was expecting WOW!!!. From the moment I signed up, through all the marketing and all the chaos I went through during this time ( the house was sold during a period of divorce, there were many obstacles both Trent and my self had to deal with) Trent was always there anytime I needed him, nothing was to hard for him. Trent sold the house the day of the first open home. He then helped me again with a rental for my self and my daughter. Trent you are a legend mate!! Trent was so easy to deal with. He was punctual, reliable, down to earth and best of all kept in contact at all times during the process. We set a price guide which we were happy to get mid price guide for our house, and some how Trent managed to get us above asking price on not just one occasion, but twice when our first sale fell through.
