I don't usually give perfect ratings but Trent ticked all the boxes for me. I didn't want the "used car salesman" approach that I received from a few other agents. Trent didn't oversell and was honest with his appraisal, including the features that may have a negative impact. He was extremely prompt with communication - both when he said he would contact me and just calling to offer updates. My sale was due to separation and Trent managed a few hiccups with diplomacy and professionalism. I highly recommend Trent and will contact him again for any future transactions.
