We purchased our house through Trenton, so while this is a review as a buyer it should inform any future sellers’ choice of agent as ultimately you are all looking for a buyer. Trenton has a degree in communications, and it shows! His communication skills are simply excellent. He is incredibly responsive and readily gains your full trust with his well-informed, straight-up, no nonsense approach. Nothing was too much trouble for Trenton, not only did he willingly facilitate multiple viewings at different times of the day for us, but he also provided information on services and building costs estimates for works we were considering to help inform our decision. He answered every question that we posed him (and there were many!) with no fuss and in quick time. He facilitated communications between ourselves and the vendors and was always a delight to talk to. We never felt under any pressure to buy the property, but were very well informed to make the decision to buy and exceptionally well supported throughout the process. He has even checked-in with us post Settlement to make sure everything was ok and to see if there was anything else he could assist us with. With regard to the sale itself Trenton expertly facilitated negotiations between ourselves and the vendors leaving both parties happy with the outcome, not an easy task! In summary, Trenton's communication skills and honest and affable character undoubtedly helped facilitate the sale of the property. Trenton provided an excellent service throughout the sale of my home. I asked for a quick sale, and he delivered! To add a cherry on top, the sale price was above the market price. Trenton organised everything, including a garden tidy up, at rapid pace. Communication was excellent. I felt the sale was in very capable hands!
