He was very responsive to all queries and went out of his way to provide great service, all the way up to settlement and beyond. When a couple of hiccups occurred around settlement time, he was there to resolve things to the extent of organising his own tradesmen out of his own pocket. Trenton has a degree in communications, and it shows! His communication skills are simply excellent. He is incredibly responsive and readily gains your full trust with his well-informed, straight-up, no nonsense approach. Nothing was too much trouble for Trenton, not only did he willingly facilitate multiple viewings at different times of the day for us, but he also provided information on services and building costs estimates for works we were considering to help inform our decision. He answered every question that we posed him (and there were many!) with no fuss and in quick time. He facilitated communications between ourselves and the vendors and was always a delight to talk to. We never felt under any pressure to buy the property, but were very well informed to make the decision to buy and exceptionally well supported throughout the process. He has even checked-in with us post Settlement to make sure everything was ok and to see if there was anything else he could assist us with.
