It was not easy to sell our property but he was always optimistic and prepared to change the plan to get it sold As we were interstate some of the time he looked after our property for us, even collected mail and put bins out. I contacted Trenton about my house sale following a recommendation from my mortgage agent. I was extremely relieved at the excellent communication during the sale period. I have previous experience of chasing post visitor feedback but I did not need to do this at all with Trenton. Trenton also managed to negotiate a sale which I was happy with. Once again his communication throughout the negotiation period was excellent. However, the reason I am prepared to write this review is because of the post sale assistance Trenton provided both to me, to the buyer and to the tenants. I was recommend Trenton from a friend for the sale of my investment property in Latham. Being based interstate Trenton made the sale of the property run very smoothly from our first consultation. The best aspects of Trenton are his organisational skills, professional friendly approach and communication skills. He worked with the tenant on moving out to sell the property vacant for the best result. Within three days of my tenant moving out the property was on the market. Trenton kept in contact providing guidance and updates on where the progress of the sale was at. By far the best person I have dealt with in property as he wants the best result for you.
