Trevor Bowen is easily the hardest working and most knowledgeable real estate agent in Mentone, Cheltenham and surrounds. As the title line suggests, what Trevor does not know about real estate in these areas, is probably not worth knowing. I recently appointed Trevor to sell my home. I told him the optimum price i would like to achieve (albeit never really thought I would get that price), and within days, while the property was still off market, Trevor brought people through, pursued discussions with interested parties, and ultimately presented me with a number of offers that met and exceeded my expectations. I was blown away! In addition to being an absolute expert in his field, Trevor is a genuinely decent human being, completely free of the usual marketing spin, false promises, and hard sell tactics that so many other agents employ. From the moment I met Trevor, he took the time to really listen to what I wanted, answer my endless questions, and openly share all of his vast knowledge. He did not pressure me to “sign up” and then virtually disappear (as I have experienced in the past). There are two things that impressed me the most about Trevor as a person.
