Trevor was one of three real-estate agents we met prior to engaging a firm to handle the sale of our parents home in Cheltenham. From the first meeting Trevor demonstrated his experience and knowledge of the local area. He provide a frank and detailed assessment of the market and where the property was in terms of comparative positioning in the immediate area for like for like homes. Made suggestions and recommendations about preparing the home for sale and what the processes were. During the campaign Trevor was the consummate professional providing ongoing updates and feedback on visitors to the home. His focus was on providing support and advice in order to provide the best outcome for the sale and at the same time to ensure that prospective buyers were engaged and their queries were answered with as much relevant information as possible. He did not low ball or high ball the expected outcome but was fully committed to getting the best outcome for mum and dad.
