I bought a property off Trevor in December. When first dealing with him he was very accommodating, after selling the property for a ‘record amount’ he was very hard to contact. He told me the following: - the vendor would change the date to match my settlement - that the property had no owners corporation. Both were wrong and I when I tried to following him up, he either didn’t come back or he took a long time to come back to me. The other issue was during the building and pest inspection I tried to follow up on a few issues, again, either no response or long turnaround. Suggest anyone buying off him proceed with caution.
