Trevor Bowen knows Cheltenham inside out, he lives in the Golden Triangle and his kids have grown up in the area and gone to the great local schools. He is professional and knowledgeable. He helped us create a great marketing campaign and worked very hard to get the price we wanted that included all day on the Sunday after our Auction. Thanks Trevor! 5 Oak Ave Cheltenham
A very professional man always trying to get the best price for the property while keeping me in the picture of what was happening. I would recommend him to others with no reservations.
After several interviews with other Real Estate Agents in the area we chose to go with Trevor Bowen. He presented well and communicated all relevant information in a clear concise way. Any questions we had were answered promptly. His attention to detail was excellent. He made sure selling our property was as stress free as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend Trevor and his team to any person thinking of selling their home. John and Sue Sanger

Trevor Bowen and the team at O'Brien's Mentone guided us through the process of selling our house with exceptional professionalism and expertise. As first time vendors, we were relying on Trevor's guidance and experience in our local area to maximise our chances of getting a good auction result. In fact the result far exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be happier. He is trustworthy and provides excellent feedback and communication every step of the way. We felt we could contact him anytime for any questions or any concerns and we quickly developed a rapport with him which made us feel we were in good hands. Trevor and the whole O'briens team Mentone did a stand up job as usual selling a town house we are currently building off the plan in two weeks. Thanks Trev
On behalf of Helen and the whole family I just wanted to say a huge thank you to and your wonderful team. Even though the process was some what complicated you navigated it with pure professionalism and an amazing amount of patience and kindness. I especially wanted to thank you for the way in which you made mum and the family feel important and included in every aspect of the process. With this being the family home of nearly 50 years it was a huge step for mum to take and you took very good care to ensure she was comfortable with the all the ins and outs. In regards to your marketing strategy we put our trust in your knowledge and transparency and as we can see the results on auction day speak for themselves. I will continue to use your services in any future property ventures and would highly recommend you to anyone considering selling or buying ! Thanks again Trevor for bringing the true honest good bloke factor back to real estate.

We had a terrific experience from beginning to end with Trevor and Michelle. Trevor is a super friendly, open, honest guy - we felt super comfortable with him all the way. His local knowledge and network are first class, living and working in the area was a big factor for us. He was professional, supportive and clam always keen to know that we were happy and comfortable. Come auction day the whole army (team) were there to drive a good result, 180+ at auction, all the bidders we needed to get a super result. Couldn't recommend Trevor and O'Brien highly enough.
We unhesitatingly recommend Trevor Bowen and OBrien Real Estate because as we all know selling a house is incredibly stressful, but Trevor honestly made it as smooth a process as possible. Our house sold before auction and we are THRILLED with the result! Trevor and his assistant, Michelle Panning put in so much hard work and long hours to ensure things ran like clockwork during our open house times and together are a strong team working for you 100% to ensure you get the best possible sales outcome. This is the first time we've sold a house and I feel like I've had the best experience possible. I was dreading this process because of the horror stories is heard but honestly, it's been amazingly straightforward! Yes, it is a stressful process - when you're dealing with your financial future that is a given BUT I really can't think of anything additional OBrien Real Estate could have done to make our sale easier or given us a stronger financial result. Not only have we received great service, but Trevor and Michelle are both really great people who have been a pleasure to deal with and we've had a few giggles during the process which is great because it takes some of the pressure off and you know that honest and relatable persona will be presented to interested buyers too. Trevor is very up-front, honest and relatable and the process OBrien use is very transparent with all costs outlined clearly. By choosing exactly what you want to include within the sales process means you can plan your finances without worrying that things might change drastically. Most importantly to us, Trev made no crazy financial promises but was realistic at all times, ensuring we we kept aware of exactly how the campaign was going and what our expectations should be. I have NO hesitation in recommending Trevor Bowen, Michelle Panning and, of course, OBrien Real Estate to sell your home.
Trevor Bowen was responsible for the sale of our property at 25 Wedd St, Cheltenham. From the very beginning his professionalism and knowledge of the entire sale process has been excellent. His initial meeting with us gave us the confidence that he would be able to market our property and obtain the best result for us. Throughout the sale process he clearly explained the process and went above and beyond what was required of him. He was always professional and clearly explained every detail throughout the process. He gave detailed reports after all "Open for Display" events and kept us informed throughout. Friends and family were amazed at the excellent service he gave. His assistant Michelle was thoroughly professional, caring and very supportive. The staff at O'Briens Real Estate were all excellent. We would have no trouble in recommending Trevor to be responsible for the sale of any property. Ken & Jan Young
