Trevor tried his best to market the property in the manner that had been used many times by him on prior occasions. However, I still doubt whether styling the property achieved a higher price. I agreed to undertake the advertising suggested by him and did not cut costs in this regard. Because the property did not attain the price that I had hoped (which would have been similar to properties in this area) I felt our goal was not obtained and this was reflected by placing a "Not Disclosed" figure in the advertised auction results.

Trevor Bowen was fantastic from the moment I met him. Everything he promised, he delivered. A few minor jobs to be done by tradies, all organised by Trevor, just small invoices to pay. Landscapers and stylists were organised by Trevor. They arrived and gave no obligation quotes and advice. Having Trevor manage the sale of my property removed all the stress.
