Trevor tried his best to market the property in the manner that had been used many times by him on prior occasions. However, I still doubt whether styling the property achieved a higher price. I agreed to undertake the advertising suggested by him and did not cut costs in this regard. Because the property did not attain the price that I had hoped (which would have been similar to properties in this area) I felt our goal was not obtained and this was reflected by placing a "Not Disclosed" figure in the advertised auction results.

Trevor Bowen was fantastic from the moment I met him. Everything he promised, he delivered. A few minor jobs to be done by tradies, all organised by Trevor, just small invoices to pay.
