Trevor is highly professional and has a great knowledge of the market in our area. He was informative and supportive from our initial meeting until the sale of our property. Trevor was always available to answer any questions and kept us informed of what was happening at all times.
Trevor went above and beyond in helping us navigate the way to secure the home that we loved. From answering calls literally anytime of the day to putting us in touch with the right people to help us through the process, Trevor never hesitated to help. He’s been so friendly, warm and professional as well - absolutely made the process easy and removed the stress. Highly recommended !
Very helpful and too the point, let you know all aspects of what was happening with the house . The good, the bad and the ugly.
as an agent he was always able to help us and went the extra mile when it came to getting the best price. he was very easy to talk to and never missed any of our phone calls.
Trevor was a true professional from start to finish during our Sales process. He was a clear & timely communicator who used his extensive knowledge of the area and Sales experience to get a great result. As sellers currently living abroad Trevor made everything easy. We would absolutely use him again.
Very friendly and helpful for my first home experiience. Knows the area and gave good advice.
Trevor and the team at Ray White were amazing! Great communication, knowledge and always available to help us out. Selling your home can be a stressful time however, Trevor and Julia made the process so much easier!
Trevor was easy to communicate with and very upfront with us during the entire buying experience. A solid agent in the Bayside area with a ton of knowledge. Would gladly recommend.
The process was pretty much seamless everything went to plan and on auction day we were pleasantly surprised with the outcome.
Trevor was the agent selling the place that I bought. I'd previously spoken to several other agents in preparation for selecting an agent to sell my own place. Trevor was direct, straightforward and transparent in our initial conversation and didn't attempt to over-promise on the sale price I could achieve for my place. He and Julia kept me informed and updated throughout the auction campaign, including guiding me through the process when we received a pre-auction offer. He worked hard to negotiate with the various interested buyers and achieved a fantastic final result that was well above what I hoped to achieve.
My girlfriend and I could not be happier with the hard work Trevor and his team put in to get us the great result which was a product of all the phone calls, follow ups, attention to detail using stats and making sure the Vendors (us) were happy with every little action along the way. I would definitely recommend him to anyone selling their property in the future!
When selling our property, we noticed that Trevor had successfully sold several homes in our area. He was the first agent we contacted, and after our initial meeting, we knew he was the right choice. Throughout the campaign, Trevor kept us fully informed with detailed weekly performance reports, providing a comprehensive breakdown of inspection attendees and insightful feedback from potential buyers. His clear and open communication ensured we always knew where we stood and what to expect. Trevor’s honesty, expertise, and straightforward advice were invaluable. We trusted his recommendations and followed his guidance, which ultimately made all the difference in achieving a great outcome. Trevor’s extensive market knowledge, professionalism, and approachable nature made the entire process seamless. He was always readily available to answer our questions and provide well-informed advice, making us feel supported every step of the way. As sellers, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Trevor’s dedication and guidance turned what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-managed journey. We can't recommend Trevor highly enough.
