Very disappointed with the sale price given the expensive Advertising costs (9,000) for the marketing material. There have been two other properties in the Aquilo Estate similar to mine that have sold (one prior to auction $1.005M and one following auction $1.060M). There was not much interest at auction there was only one interested party. Another local agent also commented that I should have achieved a better priced and Greg Brydon also advised me that my expatiations prior to auction were sound given recent sales.
