We met Trevor after looking at one of the many houses available in Mackay. At this time we were looking at a particular house that Trevor was the agent for and that had multiple offers. My experiences with multiple offers sales has never been positive, as most agents use this as an opportunity to pit the buyers against each other. Not this time. He didn't waste any of the prospective buyers time and was honest in his approach to this method, something that I genuinely appreciated. We missed out on this house, but not by Trevor's doing.
