We were a little nervous when we sat down to discuss how to market our house. Trevor was very patient and walked us through the sale process in great detail. That put our minds at ease and gave us confidence that we had a good team. And this team feeling continued through rest of the campaign. Trevor called us regularly with updates on the activity of the day and during our weekly meetings he answered every question we posed to him. Trevor understands the local property market extremely well and we relied on his vast experience and excellent advice at all stages of the campaign. His tips on de-cluttering the house and getting minor repairs done early on were invaluable. He also recommended engaging a professional decorator to create the right ambience.
