Working with Trevor was a fantastic experience. He is knowledgeable about the market and gave us very accurate sale price advice. He only brought people that he was confident that they would be interested and was honest with his feedback and proposals. Trev is an absolute pleasure to work with and listens to your concerns and inquiries and acts in your best interests. Great work, thanks Trev

I would like to thank Trevor for the integrity, honesty, dedication and commitment he put into selling my property under these tough circumstances. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone wanting to sell their property to trust Trevor and they would not be disappointed. He is very passionate about his job and always kept me informed about the progress. It was very stressful for me to sell my place after 32 years but Trev allowed the process to go along smoothly. Once again I would like to give my sincere thanks to Trevor and the whole McGrath team.

Trevor recently sold my family home of 20 plus years. I found Trevor to be honest, reliable and informative. He kept me informed of all negotiations, walking me through the process. My home was sold off market and for a price I was more than happy with. I would highly recommend Trevor as he is both professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely use Trevor again in the future. Thank you for all your help

We have bought and sold with Trev in the past and have recently had another successful sale with him. He is genuine, honest and ensures a great result for both parties. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Trevor is certainly one of the best agents we have had the pleasure to work with , we found found him always contactable , honest, hard working and straight to the point we felt he was always in total control of buyers and negotiations , Trevor has the ability to make things happen by getting quality buyers to inspect our property, he always made us feel comfortable and his advice and negotiation skills were fantastic , we would certainly use Trevor for our next sale and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a highly skilled agent to represent selling there property and achieve the highest possible price .

Trevor is an extremely likeable agent who was professional, respectful, readily available for inspections and knows the surrounding market well. A pleasure to buy our special purchase through. Thanks Trev.

I have complete confidence in Trevor having now both bought and sold properties through him. He is reliable and worked very hard to initially find the property I was looking for and then to sell at a challenging time. I would recommend Trevor and look forward to using him again to finding my next property.

Trevor has sold a number of our property’s over the years and has always delivered record prices for the street. If you are looking for someone to sell or buy your next property I can’t recommend highly enough.

Trevor has helped be with two property transactions. His local knowledge is 100 % and he has guided me through the whole purchase and sale process in both a professional and efficient manner. I look forward to further interactions in the future.

Trevor is the best agent I have ever used out of my 5 properties I have sold. He really is the best agent on the coast.

Selling an acreage, we wanted an agent with the knowledge and enthusiasm to showcase the properties attributes. Trevor Hamilton from McGrath Terrigal was the right person for the job. Trevor always communicated effectively and nothing was ever a problem. Trevor and his team presented our property beautifully on open homes, which gave it that homely, sophisticated feel as soon as buyers walked through the front door. Trevor's knowledge of the Wamberal area is second to none, knowing property values for their true worth. Thank you Trevor for all of your patience and guidance throughout the whole process!

I have used a few agents to sell for me before and each time I'm left feeling as though the agent is working more the buyer then the seller. I found Trevor to be the complete opposite. Trevor knows the market and how to sell better then anyone I have met before. Trevor was able to give great advice to help achieve the best price. I would happily use Trevor again.
