We decided to place our property on the market late last year (2019) and commissioned Trevor Hamilton as our agent and subsequently moved to Queensland leaving the sale of the property in Trevor's hands. Little did we know the next 5 months were to be the most trying period in recent history for selling anything that alone a 2 1/2 acrea property. Looking back over the past 6 months the Central Coast saw the worst bushfires season which ravaged the coast and most of the country, followed by rains resulting in floods that impacted wide areas of the east coast. And if this was enough Australia shut down due the Coronavirus for the first in history of wonderful country. The effort put in to finding the right buyer was nothing short of a marathon and a testimonial to both Trevor and his team. Nothing was to much trouble in making sure the property was always in picture perfect condition often working onsite for hours and going beyond to ensure everything was as a prospective buyer would want. We have read the comments posted by others and thier experiences , although I am sure they feel justified in all of their reviews all we can offer is an honest account of our experience listing with Trevor Hamilton.
