Awesome experience selling our house through Trevor Hamilton, professional and got our house sold within a few weeks with minimal stress. Down to earth guy and very helpful. Not only did he sell our house he went out of his way to help in every other way possible. My experience with Trev was professional And understanding! He communicated with me through the entire way through the house sale. I would definitely recommend him to anyone thinking about selling a house with confidence and ease.

Where do I even start. The sale of our house was a very emotional one for us and Trevor was amazing throughout the entire process. He not only secured us a great sale price but he also reassured us every step of the way. I couldn’t recommend Trevor enough if you’re thinking about selling or just want to speak to someone about the process.

Selling with Trevor was a fantastic experience. Very quick sale and the results we needed for the next step in our lives. He has gone above and beyond to secure our sale in very trying global conditions. We couldn't be happier with the result Trevor achieved for us, and would highly recommend Trevor to anyone selling their home.

Outstanding result for this beachfront property. This was not a straight forward sale and Trevor did everything humanly possible to pull this off. Delighted with the final result, Trevor is a real machine!

Trevor produced outstanding results for me on this property. Extremely informative and diligent throughout the entire sales process. Would highly recommend.

After a long search, we recently purchased our dream beachfront home from Trevor Hamilton at McGrath. Throughout our dealings with Trevor he has been nothing but open and honest which we really appreciated. His integrity and professionalism is excellent. He has an extensive knowledge of properties in the area and was able to help us find the perfect property. Thanks very much for all of your assistance and advice.

This Review is unsolicited and is absolutely genuine, as all my reviews are. Hightest Recommendation we are able to provide along with a truly heart felt thank you to Trevor Hamilton and his team from McGrath Real EstateTerrigal. Sale Background... We decided to place our property on the market late last year (2019) and commissioned Trevor Hamilton as our agent and subsequently moved to Queensland leaving the sale of the property in Trevor's hands. Little did we know the next 5 months were to be the most trying period in recent history for selling anything that alone a 2 1/2 acrea property. Looking back over the past 6 months the Central Coast saw the worst bushfires season which ravaged the coast and most of the country, followed by rains resulting in floods that impacted wide areas of the east coast. And if this was enough Australia shut down due the Coronavirus for the first in history of wonderful country. The effort put in to finding the right buyer was nothing short of a marathon and a testimonial to both Trevor and his team. Nothing was to much trouble in making sure the property was always in picture perfect condition often working onsite for hours and going beyond to ensure everything was as a prospective buyer would want. We have read the comments posted by others and thier experiences , although I am sure they feel justified in all of their reviews all we can offer is an honest account of our experience listing with Trevor Hamilton. If you are considering selling we could not endorse McGrath and Trevor high enough. We achieved the sale price and conditions of sale we orginally set as our goal, well Done Team Trevor and a special thanks to Nick. Our property has now a loving new owner and we wish them as much happiness as we had living on the Central Coast.

I sought Trevor based on his reputation, knowledge and experience in the property market in my locale. He provided sound advice on a marketing and sales strategy. His knowledge and networking proved to be a great asset. I accepted his advice and adopted his strategy with the full confidence he would achieve a successful out come; which he did. The property sold without the unnecessary expense of advertising. Through out the sale negotiation Trevor ensured that the sale was completed to meet the settlement date of my new property. I felt confident and comfortable with Trevor’s management of my sale. I would have no hesitation in recommending Trevor as the Real Estate Agent of choice.

Had the knowledge and expertise to guide me through process of selling. Very pleasant to deal with, excellent follow-up after each open house. In the final stages I followed his advice and was very happy with the sale price.

When my brother and I started searching for an agent to run the sales campaign for my mother's deceased estate, we didn't necessarily like the agents that we had interviewed (for various reasons and they may well have achieved the same result, who knows?) Trevor Hamilton's name was recommended to us and right from the start it was like doing business with a few laughs and confidence to know that this guy's got our back. I really can't remember a single time through the campaign where I didn't have total faith that the very best outcome could be achieved. And amidst rather trying and uncertain global turmoil, I feel that the best result was achieved. Trevor has a great team behind him and they get the job done. Highly recommended.

We'd like to thank you for all your excellent help in selling our property in North Avoca and repurchasing in Terrigal. Trevor was always available with excellent advice and guidance through both the sales and buying phases, which made the process run seamlessly! Much appreciated! Allan and Anita
