Trevor is very friendly and helpful. He was not pushy while we were preparing to sell or when we were deciding which agent to list with. He was recommended to us by our mortgage broker but we chose him because we felt he was the kind of guy we were looking for. He was quick to respond to our requests.

When the time came to choose the right agent, there was only one agent for me, Trevor, having sold the last 3 townhouses in my complex for a great price during a poor market was my choice. I gave Trevor my target, to get the record price for a townhouse in this suburb, were other real estate agents laughed at me.
