Trevour had done his homework/ research throughly prior to giving us his estimated sales range for our property in Dolphin Cove - he even took his Director out to the site for confirmation on his estimated range. He received the nod from his Director. After some discussions with Trevour he stuck by his estimate and explained his reasons fully. He was confident and professional. Always tricky being the purchaser. Aware agents are trying to get best price for vendor and so they should but as a purchaser you can be left feeling like the poor second cousin at times (especially in a hot market). Trevor was great at walking that sometimes difficult divide and tried to accomodate my needs whilst at the same time keeping the vendor happy. Not an easy job. Communication was excellent even after hours. Also assisted with building and pest inspections as well as other negotiations. This was particularly helpful to me as someone from out of area.
