The role of an agent is to primarily represent the vendor of their listed property at an agreed price with the vendor, set to match the market. The agent also has to navigate the opposing direction on pricing that a buyer sees as the value of which the price should be in the market and they are prepared to pay. Trevor has the personality, communication skills and presentation to navigate the representations of both parties to let an agreement on a sale/purchase be found or not. For us following the agreement to purchase he assisted us as the buyer presenting any question or concern we had to the vendor during the lead up to settlement and hand over.
