Great service & result!

Trevor's experience and local knowledge was critical in achieving a good result for our home under challenging circumstances (we had already purchased another home and had to sell quickly, and the local market was slowing). Trevor always had our interest at heart and throughout the process it was clear his aim was to achieve the best result for us. His presentation advice meant that our home was presented in the best possible way, and his support organising quotes and trades-people meant that we were able to get our house on the market quickly and cost-effectively. He regularly kept in touch with us throughout the process, and when it came time to negotiate the sale of our home we were glad that we had Trevor representing us. Trevor is an incredibly hard-working and trustworthy real-estate agent who we will be recommending to friends and family.

Great Agent

Trevor did a great job of advising us how to present our home for sale before we left for a holiday in the UK. While we were in the UK Trevor kept us right up to date by email, SMS and the occasional phone call on how the selling process was progressing. Trevor successfully sold our house while we were still in the UK and negotiated a 8 week settlement time to give us the necessary time to arrange the move to our new home when we got back from the UK. The Consummate Professional

We found Trevor Prinsloo to be the consummate professional in every sense. Not only did he provide us with sound advice on preparing and presenting our house for sale, he went out of his way to communicate all along the way. Communication was important to us and it certainly helped to minimise the stress that inevitably comes with the sale process. His comforting reassurances that he and his team were there to attend to every detail made the sale process easy. These were not just words! He recommended pressure washing, gutter cleaning and window cleaning as being beneficial to our presentation (and indeed they were) and organised for the work to be carried out within a very tight time frame in readiness for the photographer. We went to market with a very short, four week, campaign followed by auction. His feedback throughout the campaign kept us informed as to where prospective purchasers saw our property and the value they placed upon it. This was most useful, given the current unpredictability of the market. His knowledge of the market, employment of strate and ability to read people enabled us to achieve a very satisfying result at auction.

Very experienced & knowledgeable Agent

Trevor had been very prompt in sending us updates about the new properties in the Cherrybrook area & once we finalized a property, he had been very helpful in closing down the deal, additional inspections & sales Procedures etc which came very useful to us being first time home buyers. Totally recommend 👍

Wonderful experienced agent, calm, methodical and great advice!

I interviewed a number of local agents prior to selecting Louis Carr. Trevor was always very well prepared for every meeting, with tremendous knowledge of local area and market insights backed by data. I was impressed with the entire teams professional approach, ensuring all his agents and office staff were consistent in executing and comminicating campaign milestones. Appreciated the calm, methodical approach, weekly reporting of open house feedback and ongoing advice leading up to the auction date. Trevor was very committed to delivering on the goals we believed could be achieved and he did.
