It's quite something to trust your main asset to someone. We have known Trevor for more than 15 years in the Cammeray area through the school and in general. In selling our home we were approached by other agents and after reviewing their proposals trusted Trevor to sell our home. Trevor and Aris were very honest in their appraisal, did not try to 'buy' the business, thorough in their market knowledge and straightforward in their marketing plans. I received excellent successful professional advice on how best to market the property, a unit in Cammeray. Following the advice given, as to how to prepare the property for sale and the best marketing tactics, the property sold $60,000 above the expected price, within the tight timeframe given to Trevor's team. At all times I was kept informed and supported during the sale process. Additionally, there was the death of the owner, on 3rd May, mid-way between Contract and Settlement causing the property to move to the Owner's Estate, with the settlement possible being delayed 6 months due to Probate. Not a good outcome for the Buyer, as settlement was due on 4th June 2025. With great teamwork and expertise between Trevor's team, the conveyancer and lawyer the settlement took place on time, this was achieved within 4 weeks. An excellent outcome, with a special acknowledgement and thank you to Aris, a member of Trevor's team for his continuous professional and moral support thought-out this emotional and demanding process. The big question! Would I do business with Trevor's and his team again? YES, I'm selling my home in the coming months with Trevor and his team.

Agent was professional always, did not come across as overbearing or over eager to secure the sale, understood sellers situation and requirements, provided all necessary information. Buyer was found and persuaded to offer at upper level of the estimated price point without going to market. Service on the expensive side but well worth it based on the result and overall experience.
