I recently enlisted Trevor Richardson of McGrath Neutral Bay as an agent to sell my apartment in Cammeray NSW 2062. As a first time seller, I wasn't sure what to expect as I had no experience in the selling process. From our first meeting, Trevor made me feel more relaxed about the whole process and helped me to understand how everything worked and was more than happy to answer any questions I had. Throughout the campaign, Trevor made sure sure I understood exactly what was happening, keeping me up to date with where we were at the entire time. He was always contactable, would return phone calls and emails promptly, and when he said he would be somewhere he was always on time. Although the property had the hurdle of no parking on title, I felt relaxed enough that Trevor had the skills and knowledge to overcome this hurdle so that potential buyers focused on the positives and that the no parking issue wasn't a deterrent. I am pleased to report that the property sold prior to Auction within 2 weeks of being listed. The final sales prices achieved was well above what I was expecting, and I am thrilled with the result. The property had some very strong offers which were well above my expectations, and these offers would have been easy for Trevor to take. However, Trevor went above and beyond this and I truly believe he did everything he could to get every last dollar for the final sales price even though the difference in sales commission for him would have been minimal. I will be strongly recommending Trevor and the McGrath agency in general to all family and friends who are thinking of selling.
