I recently enlisted Trevor Richardson of McGrath Neutral Bay as an agent to sell my apartment in Cammeray NSW 2062. As a first time seller, I wasn't sure what to expect as I had no experience in the selling process. I am pleased to report that the property sold prior to Auction within 2 weeks of being listed. The final sales prices achieved was well above what I was expecting, and I am thrilled with the result. The property had some very strong offers which were well above my expectations, and these offers would have been easy for Trevor to take. However, Trevor went above and beyond this and I truly believe he did everything he could to get every last dollar for the final sales price even though the difference in sales commission for him would have been minimal.
