Trish took over from another agent who was proving to be somewhat unethical. The contrast was stark. Trish is a true professional with very high ethical standards. Her knowledge of the market was excellent and she could communicate this very clearly. She was extremely responsive, often dealing with issues at night and at weekends. My wife and I were (and still are) very happy that we chose Trish Brewer and LAWD to market our property near Gunning on the Southern Tablelands in NSW. We had really admired the way Trish worked with clients when we were purchasing some years earlier. Her initial presentation which detailed her approach to our more recent campaign reinforced our respect for her knowledge of not only our property and the local district but also the broader rural real estate 'climate'. When we 'signed up' we were confident that Trish would achieve a good sales result. We were right! Trish assessed enquiries astutely, bringing only serious enquirers for inspections. Her relaxed yet well informed commentary seemed to engage prospective purchasers. Her post-inspection reports to us were honest and realistic - to be sure our wonderfully detailed 1950s solid brick homestead in its secluded setting had real appeal but at c. 200 acres (a tricky size in between a lifestyle block and larger commercially viable properties) not quite close enough to any major town we needed to find just the right buyer. Trish worked her magic, patiently encouraging the most interested prospects through a span of some weeks to arrive at a mutually agreeable result - at a time when world affairs were trending even more crazy, with the economy understandably showing shaky signs. We had the impressions that Trish had everyone's interests at heart - ourselves as vendors, but also the purchasers.
