I live in Sydney so when I decided to sell my house in Port Kennedy, I turned to Facebook for recommendations from people who had sold through agents in the area. The recommendations for Trish were consistently high and when I made contact with her, she provided a full proposal in response. It took a while for me to get to the point of sale and Trish kept in contact, keeping me appraised of market conditions but without being pushy or bothersome. Within two days of my tenant moving out, Trish did a walk-through and sent me photos and videos. Within another two days, she had two potential buyers. Within another four days, she had a formal offer and acceptance of the contract. The property settled six weeks and one day after the tenant moved out.
