Words could never do justice to how incredibly amazing Trish is at her job! It was not a straightforward sale yet she managed to reduce any stress and help me obtain a fantastic outcome not only for myself but the buyer also.

Trish is an amazing lady who goes out of her way to make your purchase or sale go smoothly. She is a fun person and makes you feel really comfortable as you wait for each step of your loan process. Nothing is ever to much for her. 10/10

OMG what can I say about Trish when it comes to looking after her sellers she really listens and is able to give them the best of her.Trish was able to sell my rental with the tenants still able to stay on. This was one of the things i asked and Trish was able to accommodate this and still sold the house before she had time to put it on the market and got more than what i was asking. I would definitely suggest Trish to anyone I know who might be sell as I know she would look after them

Trish helped us buy our dream home. Through the entire experience she kept us and the seller updated on the process of the sale and put us in contact with some good people to help us with the buying process. During the buy we had some issues with our bank that set us back a couple of days, Trish was understanding and communicated with the seller to get us across the line. Through the whole process Trish was very helpful, I would recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell their home.
