Trish started off by proposing auctioning the property but due to the lower range of sales value, we found this inappropriate for our circumstances. Trish understood our needs and tailored the sale to our preferred method and sell went reasonably well though at a loss to us. The changes in sales method, though correct, delayed the sale of the property resulting in expensive holding costs. Overall, thanks to Trish for getting this sale across the line.

Her tactic was to under quote the range to get buyers in. Getting two people into an emotional bidding war that would yeild above the expected range. As soon as the property went on market the bidding stopped. There was no bidding war. Just one of Vinnies bidders and her other offsider had an online bid. Then they left their bell at my house they were in such a rush to get out. Also there was an issue with the signing which needed to be redone. She also stopped the bidding to tell everyone she has been married 20+ years and isn't used to hearing no. No one was impressed. Very unprofessional
