We had listed our house 3 times in the last 9 years never being able to sell or get someone who was honest and hard working, it broke our hearts with a family not having space to be able to let the kids and ourselfs breathe. We thought we would give it one last chance... called trish and she came and had a look told us clearly what needed to be done and said yup ill sell it.. once we did a week of hard work clearing out items we didnt need it was listed. We had a offer on DAY 1 of listing! After around 50days from listing we are now in our dream home in time for christmas.
