Trish found a buyer that fell in love with our house and we had it under contract within a week of Trish becoming our agent. We have bought and sold many properties in our lifetime and this was the worst experience ever. Over priced our property and made promises she could not keep. Either had little idea of real market value or gave the idea the house was worth more so we would sign with her. Eventually got a contract for $50000 less than what she thought she "could get" and 2 days before her 90 day contract ran out. We had issues with contract and we even wondered if she worked for the buyers with the amount of ridiculous demands from buyers - which she was suppose to filter and say no - not acceptable. We were having to deal with them, which made the whole situation more stressful. Would not recommend.
