Our process started ok and ended in a good result. We were disapointed that we appointed Tristan and were passed off to a more Jr agent without our consent. Negotiations with final buyer were conducted by Jr agent which was disappointing and not what we spoke about in the sign up stage. Overall I think the agency did a good job of marketing and finding a buyer. Communication on potential buyers was good and timely.
