Tristan was proactive throughout all stages of the marketing / selling the property. From initially providing a detailed appraisal of the property and recent comparable sales through the actual marketing of the property and eventual sale. Despite the property not selling at auction Tristan continued to follow-up with the bidders and successfully negotiated the sale at our anticipated sale price.
