I have had negative experiences with Eastern Suburbs real estate agents in the past. Some of them clearly carrying a large ego but I have had a really positive experience with Tristan & PPD. Super responsive from the first visit through to negotiations with the Vendor. Full transparency from the start which I really appreciate. Me and my partner live our lives through our intuition and we not only had a good feeling of the team assigned to the property of interest but we had good referrals in regards to their work and personalities. I didn't feel a favour towards us as buyers or the vendor it was very levelled ground and Tristan helped us close the deal and have a deposit on lock within 72 hours of when we first looked at the property. Moving forward selling or buying we will alway speak to Brandon and PPD first.
In a post COVID tough market Tristan and his partner Ben took on the sale of our 7 bedroom duplex. It was hard to get the right buyer for the right price in a difficult market. I recently had the pleasure of working with Tristan Oddi from PPD Real Estate, while I was looking for an apartment in the Kensington area. From start to finish, Tristan demonstrated professionalism. It was nice to see that although I arrived early, Tristan was ready to show the unit. The sunroom was big enough to be used as an extra bedroom, yet it advertised as a study. These days, this type of honesty is hard to find.
